Services of a Postpartum Doula
A Postpartum Doula works with each family individually to find out their particular needs. Some of the postpartum services that a doula will perform include:

  • Breastfeeding support 

  • Help with the emotional and physical recovery after birth

  • Light housekeeping so that mom does not feel so overwhelmed

  • Running errands

  • Assistance with newborn care such as diapering, bathing, feeding and comforting

  • Light meal preparation

  • Baby soothing techniques

  • Sibling care

  • Referrals to local resources such as but not limited to parenting classes, pediatricians, lactation support and other parenting support groups

Photography Can be Added onto the Team Doula Packages!

Add On Options

- MATERNITY or FAMILY: $150

  • 1 hour OUTDOOR session (indoor sessions are additional $75);

  • 35 images max

- BIRTH: $875

  • Done day of birth

  • 40 images max 

- NEWBORN: $250

  • 2.5 hour session IN STUDIO within 2 weeks of birth (in home sessions are an additional $75)

  • 35 images max 

- LIFESTYLE: $150

  • 1 hour In Home Session

  • 35 images max
