I provide inclusive care that embraces the full spectrum of reproductive experiences from conception and birth to postpartum, loss, and healing. I also have experience working with mothers that are positive for HIV and syphilis.

Nithy- Veteran

Southern Lotus Birthing

Nithy was born in upstate New York and grew up in The Colony, TX. Since 2021, she’s lived in Houston, TX and has worked in hospitality, providing for and anticipating the needs of her community through a culinary experience. She is honored and excited to provide the same heart and attention to the families of Houston during their birth journeys to help support their transitions with their best interests in mind.

During her time at the University of Houston, Nithy studied Human Development and Family Studies and has always had an interest and passion to understand the connection between the structures around us and their impact on how families can thrive in that space. With research and experience, she’s seen the many gaps in our society that can lead to individuals and families placing their health and prosperity as a second-tier pursuit.

Nithy believes any task beyond nurturing the parent-child bond is something that a “village” can come together and support their neighbors with, whether through physical recovery, sharing evidence-based care and wisdom, allowing the time to process their journey, and assisting with the everyday tasks that can pull us away from the moment. Through Southern Lotus Birthing, Nithy commits herself to honoring the personal and cultural experiences of Houston families, and supporting them through a well-informed and intentional experience to show that all types of families can thrive in the place we all call “home” with the resources that every family deserves access to.

The Womb Concierge

Motherhood completely changed the course of my life. As a proud home birth mom, I experienced firsthand the beauty, strength, and transformation that birth can bring when women feel supported, informed, and empowered. That experience sparked a calling that has grown into my life’s work.

After giving birth to my youngest daughter, I knew I wanted to walk alongside other women as they navigated pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Every family deserves compassionate, judgment-free support, and every mother deserves to feel seen, heard, and cared for throughout her journey.

Today, I serve as a certified doula, placenta encapsulation specialist, certified herbalist, certified yoga instructor, and holistic wellness practitioner. My approach blends evidence-based support with natural wellness practices to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby, planning a home birth, welcoming another little one, or healing during the postpartum season, my goal is to help you feel confident, educated, and deeply supported every step of the way.

I believe birth isn’t just about bringing a baby into the world, it’s also about the birth of a mother. It is an honor to hold space for women during one of the most sacred and transformative seasons of their lives, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey to motherhood and beyond.

Fleur De Lys Birth Services

Welcome! My name is Widna Ferguson, and I am a loving wife, mother of two little ones, faith-centered woman, Full Spectrum Doula, and Lactation Counselor dedicated to supporting women and families through one of life's most sacred transitions.

As the founder of Fleur De Lys Birth Services, inspired by the beauty and symbolism of the Lily Flower, I believe that every mother deserves the opportunity to bloom with confidence, strength, and grace throughout her journey into motherhood. Just as a flower unfolds petal by petal, motherhood is a season of growth, transformation, and blossoming into a new version of yourself.

As a proud Haitian-American, I bring a unique blend of cultural wisdom, holistic traditions, compassionate support, and evidence-based education to the families I serve. My mission is to nurture and empower women as they plant the seeds of confidence, cultivate informed decision-making, and flourish throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding.
I believe that bringing life into the world is a sacred experience that deserves to be protected, honored, and supported. Every family should feel rooted in knowledge, surrounded by advocacy, and free to make decisions that align with their values and vision for birth.

My care extends beyond labor and delivery, embracing the healing season of postpartum through cherished Haitian traditions such as Bain Fèy (herbal baths), yoni steaming, nourishing care, and other cultural practices designed to help mothers rest, restore, and blossom during their recovery journey.

At Fleur De Lys Birth Services, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where mothers feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether you are preparing to welcome your first child or adding another precious bloom to your family garden, I am honored to walk alongside you with compassion, education, and unwavering support.
Together, we will nurture the roots, celebrate the bloom, and embrace the beauty of your motherhood journey.

Summer - Beginner

Her Season Doula Co.

Because Every Season Deserves Support

Hi, I’m Summer Wilkerson, founder of Her Season Doula Co. and a Certified Full Spectrum Doula.

For over six years, I have dedicated my life to supporting, educating, and empowering others. As an educator, mentor, and advocate, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate seasons of growth, uncertainty, and transformation. Becoming a doula felt like a natural extension of that purpose.

The name Her Season Doula Co. is deeply personal to me. Not only does it connect to my own name, Summer, but it represents a season of growth, faith, and purpose in my life. There were moments when I wasn’t sure what the next chapter would look like, but God continuously made a way. This season has taught me what it means to flourish, trust the journey, and embrace new beginnings. That same hope is what I want every family I serve to experience.

I believe every mother deserves compassionate support, evidence-based education, and a safe space to feel heard, respected, and empowered. I have experience supporting both first-time mothers and high-risk mothers, understanding that every pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey is unique. My goal is to meet families exactly where they are and provide care that honors their individual needs and choices.

I earned my Master’s degree in Learning Technology and Design from Houston Christian University and was honored to be part of the program’s first graduating cohort. My background in education allows me to help families feel informed and confident as they make decisions throughout their birth journey.

Whether you’re preparing to welcome your first baby, growing your family, or navigating a new chapter of motherhood, I am committed to walking alongside you with encouragement, compassion, and unwavering support.

This is a season of love, growth, and transformation—not only for me, but for every family I have the privilege of serving.

Ignite Chiro

I believe birth is a sacred, transformative experience, and every mother deserves to feel safe, seen, and deeply supported as she brings new life into the world.

As a Doula and Chiropractor, I’m passionate about walking alongside families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season with compassionate, personalized care. My heart is to create a space where you feel empowered to trust your body, understand your options, and make decisions that align with your values and intuition.

I believe our bodies were beautifully designed for birth, and when mothers are given education, encouragement, and loving support, they can approach birth with greater confidence instead of fear. Whether your birth unfolds at home, in a birth center, or in the hospital, my role is to provide unwavering emotional support, hands-on comfort measures,  education, and gentle guidance while honoring your unique journey.

My background in chiropractic care has deepened my understanding of how the body adapts throughout pregnancy and birth. I enjoy helping mothers stay comfortable during pregnancy, teaching movement and positioning techniques that may encourage optimal fetal positioning, and supporting recovery after birth. I have a special passion for serving growing families through every stage all the way from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond.

Outside of birth work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and our two dogs, enjoying the outdoors, strength training, tending to my wellness routines, or learning more about natural health and holistic living. I truly believe we never stop learning, and I’m always looking for ways to better serve the families who trust me with such an important season of their lives.

It would be an honor to walk beside you as you welcome your little one into the world. My promise is to meet you with compassion, encouragement, and wholehearted support every step of the way.
