Meet Kyara

Hey, I’m Kyara. I’m a full-spectrum doula, perinatal mental health therapist, social worker, and placenta encapsulator. I’m also a Howard University grad, a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and a career auntie.

My work lives where the physical, emotional, and spiritual sides of becoming a parent meet. I’ve seen how much a person’s mental health shapes their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and how often it gets overlooked. So I show up for all of it: the planning, the big feelings, the birth, the tender days after, and the questions nobody told you to ask.

I support parents, families, and caregivers with care that sees you, listens to you, and doesn’t make you fight to be believed. Whether you need steady support through pregnancy, someone in your corner at birth, postpartum care that goes beyond the checklist, or a space to process your story, I’m here for it.
